Text communication is a complex process. 90% of the issues we work with involve the Carrier. Another 5% involve an incorrect cell number, carrier info, or the Phone number format is incorrect in our system. Another 2% involve the account has no Auto Send times or no Markets selected.
The most common reasons a client will have issues that we can control would be:
- The Carrier is incorrect.
- The Cell Number is incorrect.
- The Cell Number includes more than the 10 digits.
- In our system we do not use dashes or any other characters
- Auto Send messages were expected, but no auto send times were selected.
- No Markets where selected.
- To review these settings your can log into your Dashboard by Clicking on the on the grey Returning User icon at the top left of this screen. Your 10 digit cell number is your Account ID. This will take you to your personal Dashboard where you can review your settings.
To test email us at sales@4mkts.com and we will send you the coding to check your phone from your own email browser to verify it is working. You can put this in any email such as MSN, Gmail, Yahoo, or any other and send your cell a message.
